Earth Changes and Our Beautiful Bodies

In the last few years, I’ve been seeing so many clients with unexplained symptoms; headaches, feeling shaky, tiredness, feeling highs and lows for no apparent reason, body aches and pains, feeling panicked or overwhelmed, unable to sleep. I’ve also been supporting others with immune and nervous system diagnosis: long covid, MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome), fibromyalgia and auto- immune conditions.
The Bigger Picture

When we look at the bigger picture, Science confirms that we are undergoing change like never before. We all know about climate change. The planet is literally heating up and we are experiencing extreme weather conditions. Electromagnetic frequencies from wifi, masts and industry continue to rise and permeate our atmosphire. Whilst there is a huge increase in energy from our sun; solar flares that are changing the earths energy system, expanding and moving the ley lines that we live upon and increasing the light within our delicate ecosystems.
We are Electromagnetic Beings
If we consider that our body is electromagnetic; each nerve cell can fire up 500 impulses per second and we have in our brain alone, around 86 billion nerve cells. Let’s pause to imagine how much electrical information is moving through our body each moment!!!....... This electricity or light is responsible for our every thought, action and the total functioning of our entire body and mind.
Toroidal energy fields exist around everything. Cells, People. Trees. Earth. Planets. The Sun. The Solar System.
The torous energy field of the earth, shaped like a donut is mirrored in our own energy system. We are surrounded by filaments of light which forms a protective barrier around us whilst helping our bodies to detox; realesing whats no longer serving us. Our dreaming body which connects us into all of life; has hundreds of fibres and filaments, streams of energy reaching into the world around us, informing us of the world; supporting our dreams to become reality. And there are so many more energy connections within us and between us, we are really only beginning to understand our energy system.
As our planet is heating up, absorbing more heat and light, so are we! Light moves fast so I believe we are also speeding up! Unfortunately to compound our situation, we continue to live in a “production at all costs” society. So just when we need to counter balance these times with more rest and integration, we find ourselves running around in our “energy expensive” work and lifestyles. It's no wonder then, that we are experiencing unexplained symptoms and nervous system / immune system dysregulation.
Downregulating
Downregulating has become a bit of a “buzz word” lately. Put simply it means helping your nervous system to calm down…. or getting out of “fight, flight, freeze” and back into a “rest and digest mode”. This sounds easier than it is. It takes practice and perseverance, particularly if you are regularly feeling stressed. However, there is much that we can do. Here are a few suggestions.
1. Rest: there is NO substitute for rest. Take time out each day just for yourself! Aim to clear your mind; the breath is helpful here, deep breathing and softening the body. You may add in some Yoga Nidra… focusing on each part of the body with the breath whilst softening further, letting go into the ground (or couch).
2. Walk on the earth barefoot… this has so many benefits now well documented. The earths negative ions are our natural down regulating system. They remove inflammation and relax the whole system. Walking on the beach will do a similar job.
3. Lie in the sun and listen to the world going by / the sounds of nature / the sounds of the ocean.
4. Yoga: breathe, stretch, release, rest.
5. Chi Kung: focused gentle movements release stress and relax the mind.
6. Swimming: the waters are deeply healing… check out the work of Veda Austin on how our waters hold consciousness.
7. Enjoy any kind of exercise you love that helps you relax afterwards.
8. Loving touch to your body. Get a massage, massage yourself, enjoy a shiatsu and have your meridians balanced whilst you enjoy deeply held stress release. Go for any kind of bodywork you enjoy.
9. This is great for overwhelm and anxiety when you’re feeling exhausted or can’t focus. Get a blanket and put it on the floor. Lie down and roll from side to side… enjoy the texture and the floor massage… breathe in CALM.
10. Listen to music that feeds your soul. You might like to add music to any of the above if you find it helps you relax.
