Caring for Your Body during this Evolution

At this pivotal time in our evolution when Earth is travelling through the photon belt, and our sun is sending out increasing amounts of solar flares and coronal mass ejections, our bodies are recalibrating to these new frequency’s. Light is information, consciousness; we are changing at a cellular level, at a DNA level; like never before; were changing and evolving. The higher heart is being activated by these light codes; this area around the thymus allows us to understand a higher perspective; sometimes called unity consciousness, or "we are all one." This loving perception will enhase our lives in ways we can only imagine from this point, and yet it is happening as we speak.

 

Dear ones, during these accelerated changes, our body has a big job to do, integrating and re-balancing.  As we shift and change, we release past trauma, past hurts, old habits and patterns, ancestral inheritance, karmic patterns...stored in our cellular structure, these old experiences and patterns are quite literally being released from your body.

 

Evolutionary symptoms

Some of you may notice memories emerging or difficult feelings, emotions, uncomfortable body sensations, challenging thoughts. This is all normal. Your body is simply helping you to detox what you no longer need, so that you can grow and expand.

 

You may experience symptoms such as headaches, insomnia, body aches, unexplained pain, high and low energy, emotional turbulence, mental turbulence.Take a visit to a doctor if you need to, and if there is no diagnosis, it could simply be “growing pains”.

 

All True Healing Comes from Earth

All true healing comes from the Earth and during this “upgrade”, Earth is a step ahead of us, drawing in the new vibration through her waters, her huge ley lines and energy vortexes. One of the best things we can do for ourselves is to walk barefoot or lie down in the grass; 20 minutes here can quite literally down-regulate your nervous system and help you to integrate the new frequency’s.

 

Evolutionary T.L.C.

Be kind to your body as it evolves. Water, breath, movement, healthy foods, touch, acceptance, kind words; will support you in every way.

Sacred Time

Light a candle for yourself. Take a few deeper breaths into your belly. Ask yourself: how am I feeling right now? Wait and listen. Acknowledge yourself; accepting whatever comes. Take some more deeper breaths and wrap your arms around you in a self-hug. This sounds simple but it can have profound effects on your psyche. Learn to hold yourself a little each day to remind yourself you are never alone. You are looking after you!!

 

Water

Drink the best water you can access. You might like to add a prayer or some love to your glass of water before drinking. See the work of Veda Austin on the living consciousness of water. Her experiments demonstrate how water changes its structure depending on its environment. Water travels naturally in spirals, in our current water system, it travels down straight pipes… kind words, loving feelings will restructure your tap water before you drink it.

 

Prana and Breath

Prana: the lifeforce that’s all around us, comes into the body on your breath. Try taking 5 mins of deep breathing before you get out of bed in the morning; listen to the breath coming in, going out. This kind of breathing is soothing to any challenging situation, or when our emotions are “coming up” for healing.

 

Diet

Some of you will prefer to eat lighter during this time or notice your appetite is changeable; one day eating well, the next not feeling hungry. Follow your body; allow things to be a little different. Eat plenty of green vegetable as this helps your body to let go and change. Check out if you need protein or carbs. What is your body asking for? Slow down and tune in; what’s your “gut instinct”. You might like to take a specific detox, clearing and cleansing. Trust yourself and follow what feels right.

 

Movement

Do something fun; get up and put on your favourite music and dance, stretch out, do some chi-kung or Yoga under a tree, run round the block. Shaking is a wonderful way to get your energy going; Shake for 3 to 5 mins (build up to 10 mins over time) If you have concerns about balance or dizziness; you can lie down on the floor or your bed; lie on your back and lift your arms and legs towards the ceiling; shake your arms and legs like an upside-down bug!! Go for a walk around the block or send yourself on an adventure into nature. So many lovely ways to enjoy moving!

 

Sounding

Healing through vibration can come from our own voice, the voices of others or listening to music, playing an instrument. Sounding your own voice is particularly potent for shifting overthinking, negative thinking or emotional turmoil. Sit or stand, take a few deeper breaths into your belly and make an Auuuu sound. Let the sound be internal… in the body, rather than projecting it out. Keep returning to this sound until there is nothing but the sound and you are standing in your own soundscape… Stop, take a pause and listen…breathe deeply into your belly….make an Ahhhh from the heart, same thing… internal, listening, feeling and sensing… then to EEEEEE from the crown…. Once you get a little confident on these three notes…experiment and find your own sounds and notes… have fun.


Dream Healing

Sitting with your feet on the ground, place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly. Breathe deeply into your belly and listen to the space between your two hands... maybe you will notice a connection... mayby not.. listen inside your body to the space between these two points. Hold here a while. Then send down liquid light down through your seat and your feet... a large area of golden light into your earth star chakra ( about 2 foot beneath the ground). This beautiful chakra is the colours of the earth; coppers and browns, greens and blues) enjoy this connection, breathing deeply into your belly. Now drop further down, seeking the earth star herself; the centre of the planet, the fire within the earth... spend some time dropping in here and say hello. Now draw up the prana of the earth star and let it flow around you and through your body. You might visualise rainbows of light.. let this light come up through you, out of your crown and cascade down all around you like a fountain... keep this energy going a while, enjoying the vibration as you callibrate to the earth and share her prana.
