Dream Healing
The dreaming body, though its many fibres and filaments of light, connects us into all of life; our relationship with our soul selves, our human relationships, our relationship with the world around us and the whole universe. The dreaming body is like a luminous egg that sits energetically in the gut/womb/spirt womb area.
Reaching for All Possibility; Opening into the Flow of the Universe.
When our dreaming body is optimal, we feel inspired, we hear our body wisdom, knowing what we want and how to draw our dreams to us, creating our lives with purpose and meaning. Through our dreaming body we can reach into all possibility.
Releasing Trauma
As we heal, our dreaming body grows stronger; these tiny filaments of light that connect us into all of life, grow larger, allowing us to expand our experience and free ourselves from trauma and abuse.

"The dreaming body operates through feeling, passion and desire; to bring us the recognition of our soul’s purpose; living a life which gives us spirit and makes our heart sing."
Transforming Old Habits
For some people the desire to change is enough to transform old habits, whilst others need to track down when this habit was formed, to witness the difficulties and the trauma involved in order to let go of the past effectively. Every time we release limiting behaviour, we free up our life force, our vital energy.
Using our Will to Heal Old Traumas and Re-member Ourselves
We embody all idea, feeling, place and time that has ever been created. It is all here with us now, the past, the present and the future. We can use our will to timeline back and forth though this lifetime and other lives; to release old traumas and to re-member lost parts of ourselves.
The Vagus Nerve and the Dreaming Body
Balancing the Vagus nerve deepens our relationship with ourselves, our people and the world around us. If the Vagus nerve is frozen, we may dissociate, become numb or in some way leave the everyday reality. We might feel depressed or uninterested in life. We may lose direction, loose our dream and be unable to create our lives.
It’s challenging to return from a frozen response in the Vagus nerve. This usually happens because of stress, trauma or the re-activation of old trauma. By balancing the Vagus nerve we support our dreaming body and visa vera, by balancing the dreaming body, we support our vagus nerve, opening our connections to our body's intuition and the best way forwards.
