"free up your body, clear your mind and get deeply relaxed"
We start with warm up exercises, to limber the body and prepare for deeper stretches. This is followed by classical Yoga postures, Pranayama’s (breath control) and meditation and relaxation.
Breath is an integral part of the practice, moving the Prana; the vital energy through the body, nourishing each cell. The breath is deeply cleansing and detoxifying; purifying body and mind and releasing the spirit.
Yoga works with all of us; mind, body and soul and as such is a comprehensive or holistic route to healing and self development.
