I've been practicing Yoga for 35 years and teaching for 20. I'm passionate about the joy of movement for everyone regardless of age, size or skill and I'm practiced at supporting mixed ability groups. Find out more about me here"

 

Our sessions start with warming exercises, to limber the body and gently mobilise the joints.

We then move into classical Yoga postures, supported by deepening the breath, followed by meditation and relaxation.
