Conscious Dance       
"where meditation meets movement"

Conscious dance raises the spirits and can be a deeply joyful experience. By releasing thoughts, the minds chitter-chatter; and dropping more deeply into the body, we naturally release stress and relax. 

The class begins with warming movement, followed by enquiry to support embodiment, and conscious dance space. Beginners and more experienced dancers welcome.
