Conscious Dance can be described as meditation in movement. The practice is to release thoughts, the minds chitter-chatter; and drop more deeply into the body. As we let go of thoughts and begin to move our body; we naturally release stress and relax.
The class begins with some time to warm up, followed by enquiry to support embodiment. This is followed by some conscious dance time. The classes are suitable for everyone wanting to experience meditation through movement.
