Conscious Dance is a popular growing therapy which can be described as meditation in movement. The invitation is to release thoughts, the minds chitter-chatter; and drop more deeply into the body. As we let go of thoughts and begin to move our body; we naturally release stress and relax. 


Conscious dance is an easy way to increase health and fitness gently; from where-ever you are. You set the pace, by following your natural body movements.


The class begins with some time to warm up, followed by some instruction; exercises or enquiry to support exploration and relaxation followed by free dance time to simply enjoy the music.


Music is varied in tempo and genre.
