October 18th: Self Concept and the Ancestors

​

In the Southeast we find our self -concept and the ancestors. Here we may discover more of our true selves, beyond the personalities we’ve learned to live by; the deeper, ever present you. Here the ancestors gift us with their guidance and support.

 

December 6th: the Dream

​

In the Southwest we journey into the dream weave where we may discover more of our soul’s desire, finding purpose and fulfilment in our everyday lives. What makes your heart sing? What piece of the world puzzle are you here to contribute? ​

 

February 7th 2026: Karma

​

In the Northwest, the place of Karma, we meet ourselves on our life path. Are we going in the right direction? Is there Karma that may be released at this time?

Here we may transform old habits into active ways forwards, moving out of Karmic cycles and patterns, into a life of Dharma.

 

March 28th 2026: Design of Energy

​

In the Northeast we step into Design of Energy. This is the place of our inner choreographer. How are you designing yourself, your life? Is it in beauty? How does it flex with the changes you are moving through?

May 16th and 17th 2026

Weekend Retreat​: The East/West Magical Axis 

this weekend is non residential... prices to follow.

East

In the east we meet our magical child; this is where we bring in our energy; our fire for life, which is held in our first chakra and informs and nourishes our whole body fuelling our lives. How do we embrace our magical selves and bring our magic to the everyday?

 

West

In the west, we receive the inspiration from the east. Here we meet our magical adult, developing our intuition, knowing what direction to take. Listening to our body knowing takes us out of our minds and any fixed course of action into all possibility.

South

In the South we meet our everyday child and trust and innocence. She/he who looks in wonder and awe at the beauty of the world. This is the realm of the Goddess and the plants. In balance the goddess and the child dance together in the dream.

 

North

In the North we find our everyday adult, the one who makes life work. Here we meet the god of the land holding the heart light and the connection with the animals and their gifts of love. Here we find abundance in every day.

I can’t recommend Jacqueline enough to all future ladies participating on the Dreaming Body Dance Retreat. The vibration was amazing and it allowed me to concentrate throughout the whole session and soak up every single second.
