Over 60's Stretch and Tone      
"get fit while having fun"

Stretch and tone for the over 60's is a fun way to increase strength and improve your mobility. Each class will include a variety of stretches and strengthening exercises to support your natural health and wellbeing. The majority of the class is seated and alternatives are given for standing exercises if you prefer to remain sitting.

 

My background is in Yoga and dance; we will focus on breath and rhythm to enjoy extending your natural range of movement.
